I don’t really have any pros except there are good workers on the floor

High management is highly two faced against each other , There all very shady , people in the offices sleep with people on the floor ( engineers) they have shut off there reviews on fb so you can’t leave one. They claim to be family oriented but there not. They will be nice to your face then turn around talk about you.
