      Pros

      They have stood by their employees. No pay cuts during the Pandemic for instance. I was allowed to work remotely full time BEFORE the Pandemic to give live-in care to ailing Parents as a bit of an anecdote. I have honestly appreciated their understanding and flexibility tremendously. Also, for what it's worth. In the past two years, I have not once stopped learning.

      Cons

      The job can be a demanding rollercoaster more often than not, but the team is good for it.

      Pros

      Fun industry to work in Great employees who are always willing to help each other out. Size of the company is such that everyone has the opportunity to make a major contribution to the success of the company.

      Always very busy, this can be a pro and a con!

      Pros

      Small companies usually have issues with employing the correct staff. This company suffers from a high turnover caused by a general lack of leadership.

      Cons

      Ancient software with dead ends and inconsistent resolutions. The program needs constant work through due to procedures toward resolving a problem are different for each step.
