Pros
Still a great company to work for. Beautiful campus, great people, lots of opportunity for growth. Flexible scheduling is a huge plus, especially for those with a family, and I enjoy getting to work with colleagues from around the world.
Cons
This is not the same company I knew and loved. While still a great place to work, the trajectory is worrisome. The salaries are not competitive and there is a lack of incentive for collaboration across teams. We used to have an amazing culture that valued community work and the environment but those programs are sloy fading into the background.
