It is a big company.
Cons
Sabre pushes it agenda on to customers with little support. The customer facing employee has triple the work since there is little or not support from management or the support team. The support team is off shore and tends to pigeon hole all situations into a pat answer. The travel agency customer is too varied and savvy for this kind of treatment.
