Pros
Positive environment, fair compensation plan, on-site doctor's office, on-site cafeteria, on-site gym, beautiful campus, covered parking, flexible schedule, work from home regularly, room for both upward and lateral job movement to prevent burn out
Cons
Location is not central to most people. Upper executives are somewhat disconnected from some of the more modern groups. Employment structure inside groups is rather flat limiting promotion opportunities without changing groups.
