      nice people (the few still in Sabre who have not been sacked or pushed out)

      Cons

      very political leaders unable to develop and communicate clear strategy no meritocracy HR in EMEA is unprofessional and lies to benefit senior managers salaries are increased with no meritocracy

      Great Peer connections from various Groups and Locations

      Cons

      Mgmt worried about their own jobs and will use lower levels to scapegoat to keep theirs. Lack of forward vision and trying to stay relevant in marketplace by chasing latest trends in name only.
