Pros
Good benefits, wellness information and support and they get involved with the community. The 'fun' ratio and work/life balance very much depends on department and leads.
Cons
Some departments have very poor management and have no work/life balance. Some have zero communication within the team. The global work force can create horrible hours and doesn't always increase productivity. HR needs to do a better job of posting jobs. Most of the postings are generic and you can't tell what the job is for. Make the hiring manager list something about the real position and what area it involves. Many of the managers are not in the location of their reports which presents a huge issue with feedback and increases (if there are any).
