Pros

They try VERY hard to give you the best internship experience. Very casual attire.

Cons

It's such a big company that sometimes they forget that you are an intern who is available to receive work. For the first 2 weeks, I've just been shadowing one of my co-worker the entire time. I didn't get a project until the third week of this internship and even then it wasn't the project I would expect to want to do but it was something that I can work on this summer and contribute to the team. My team was very busy that they didn't have time to teach me much.

Pros

Friendly coworkers and managers Good PTO Hybrid work schedule

Cons

Frequent layoffs Unreasonable work expectations No upward movement Low pay vs market Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours. Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
