      Pros

      Flexibility of selecting game assignment and time. By able to select venue close to home. Good organization and training system.

      Cons

      Awkward game assignment process by assignor. Each year there is an unusually long delay in getting the 1099 misc. forms. Also the end of season payment process is very slow.
