Pros
Simply put - it's been the best work experience I've had and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Family-oriented & laid-back, yet professional culture. They expect a lot from you, but give you plenty of rewards in return - excellent pay, benefits, and bonuses. Fantastic group of like-minded, hard-working folks who believe in being the best we can be. If you have the drive and will to learn, this company really will reward you for that and take you far in your career.
Cons
The only thing I would say is the health insurance benefits are somewhat lacking and costly, but that's with most employers now.
