      Pros

      Being small com, lots of oppotrunities to learn more an get good exposure. Senior management is hands-on. Performers get recognized . Good Rewards program. Pays above the market. Managers are chilled out and helpful.

      Cons

      even though training team is very active, you are still on your own learning most new technologies. Old-timers have some favoritism still going on. Mostly tech focused. Not many long term onsite opportunities.
