Flexible working environment and the team itself is great to work with.
Cons
The direction and overall leadership is extremely weak. Things change all the time and they make decisions based on need in a very reactive state, so you are never comfortable with what you are doing. The vast majority of the team is amazing to work with, but no one has any autonomy. The decision maker of the organization is too involved and gets in the way of those who can make a positive impact.
