Freight and Mining a work in progress as we shift to Domestic - Not a "bodyshop" mentality, rather focus on high quality services to our customers - reachback into the Group global expertise - door is always open to President

- Difficult to fund everything we want to do as we transition from international focus to domestic focus - some silos between departments that we are working on
