      Pros

      It used to be a good company to work in. There were very good engineers and planners. Unfortunately most of them left the company due to incompetent management at the top.

      Cons

      The top management was terribly screwed up, which drove most senior and competent staff to its competitors in the industry.

      Laid back environment, very good work/life balance. A lot of smart people to learn from.
