Embarrassingly Low Pay – Compensation is far below industry standards, especially given the workload and level of expertise required. Raises Are a Moving Target – The criteria for raises are constantly shifting, making it nearly impossible to achieve a salary increase. Unnecessary Office Requirement – SYSTEMSEVEN insists on in-office work, even when it's entirely unnecessary for the job. Unjust Firings – Employees are terminated without reason, even after making sacrifices such as moving closer to the office. Misleading PTO Policy – While the company claims to offer unlimited PTO, employees are penalized or even fired for using too much time off, undermining the benefit.
