Good CRM system making it easy to manage the business.

Extremely below industry standard pay, Management is good ol boys club... CEO is overpaid as well as all the VP’s. top heavy with industry veterans from 20 years ago not going anywhere and for sure no advancement opportunities. In Canada they are a small company pretending to be a Global company but it’s a punch-in, punch-out environment. Make your boss a star and you will not be rewarded.
