Pros
You have chance to face your clients with your supervisor or team manager. And since the company in Shanghai is quite small, you could be treated as a formal employee and talk to CEO directly if you have something to discuss.
Cons
The project was pretty good, but due to the size of the whole company in Shanghai, the training for new employees was not systematic and sufficient.
