Half of your job is trying to figure out what the technicians are saying in their reports. Half of them don't speak English, therefore you waste so much time "decoding" what they're trying to say. The company won't even give them English courses to help them. You get in trouble for not planning the techs in geographical order because you're wasting the company's money, yet you spend an hour calling the tech, the customer and the service manager to figure out what the tech is saying in their report. If that's not wasted company's resources then I don't know what is. Also, you are expected to lie or omit important information in the reports to the customers so they don't question the tech's work. Like, if a hydro jetter nozzle gets stuck (which happens almost every other day) and we spend 2 hrs trying to retrieve it we are told to take that part out of the report, so they can charge the customer for that time. Sorry, but I have morals and ethics and won't lie for you. Clearly, this company doesn't. They only care about making money. My co-worker was extremely rude and disrespectful to me the entire time I was there, from day 1. I brought it up to management a few times, but nothing was ever done about it. I felt like I was constantly walking on eggshells. Good luck finding someone to work here who will deal with her poor attitude. There is major miscommunication and misinformation between the service manager and the office manager. One tells you to do one thing, while the other tells you to do something else, regarding the same issue. If you put anything into the schedule wrong or you tell the customer how long we hydro jetted for, you get yelled at. This is a very negative and toxic work environment. The energy in the air is just terrible. Stay far away from here, unless you want to hate your life. I literally counted the minutes until my next break every single day. When they let me go I had a huge smile on my face. Good riddance. Expected to lie on invoices, mean coworkers, and a lot of miscommunication

Pros

Since I have started working here almost 6 months ago, I have got all the supports from my manager and other team members on the team. They trained me gradually and constantly supporting through the learning process. I feel that I am at home when I work at the office.

Cons

Some of the technicians that are working here are not communicative, but mangers are always supporting the office staffs and encouraging techs to communicate properly.
