There is no cohesion in the leadership or in the project direction. The company mainly works on European style projects, so growth is essentially non existent. At the moment, the project hasn’t gone into production and keeps being in a constant “it will be released soon” state, so in reality it doesn’t differ much from a university project.Aside from the few good engineers, the overall level is well below average. Knowledge transfer and feedback are practically non existent, also if you join a new team or a support team, preper yourself to deal more with documentation and reporting rather than actual coding.
