      There are no pros working for this company.

      Cons

      Poor management, Poor pay rises (1% was the highest I've heard of). Lack of training (formal or otherwise). Toxic work culture. Long hours low pay. Would rather hire into promotions instead of promotions. Not competitive at all in the market.

      Good pay and benefits 401k - 4% match Good PTO Healthcare plan - zero premium option Leadership promotes learning and development opportunities

      Cons

      Work is subject to the contract of their clients. No growth opportunities. The biggest client is going through cost-reduction exercises. Sword has struggled to gain clients in the United States. They have people dedicated to finding new clients but very little success.
