very different from the start, day one you go on an excellent week training course that covers the Law and the use of force and handcuffs, you get issued some great PPE including stab vests, Handcuffs and body warn CCTV, you work closely with other people all with the same goals. As a mobile LP Officer i have be all over the south from my regular area of Dorset to working plain cloths in Bristol, Hampshire and Sussex. you get regular updated training and support. I have also worked closely with the Static security officers from sites including recycling centres, storage compounds, DVLA sites and even big branded hotels. the security officers are a big part of the team and are always keen to learn, they are very well looked after and know loads within there roles via the training they are given, I have also seen people move from role to role within the business from Control Room to Loss Prevention and Static Security to Control or LP, once you are in SWL Security they look after you and the training means you can do things you didn't know you could do. the rewards are great at xmas you get a hamper full of great gifts, they also give out gift cards to employees that go above and beyond.

Lots of different things to try within the business but not enough time to do it all
