Pros
Work Culture - From day one I have to say I've been thoroughly impressed! The culture at SWK Tech is so unique and unlike anywhere I have worked before. Everybody I've spoken to so far has been friendly, approachable, and willing to go out of their way to help each other succeed. There is a fantastic sense of unity across teams, and it's clear that people truly care about going above and beyond to help clients and the customers. It's not very often I find a place that lives and breaths their company motto!
Management - I don't even know where to begin! I've had the pleasure in my career to work for some fantastic people, Large MSP's too but I think the manager of the MCS team and the Director of IT could just be the best of them all.
They are a complete breath of fresh air and pleasure to work with! Their leadership, accessibility, and commitment to the team's success have made a significant impact on my experience and their energy has been infectious in the way the team has performed and gone from strength to strength!
The Team - I'm incredibly fortunate and proud of the team of people I work with. They go above and beyond to provide excellent support, and the work life relationship we have is something that has really grown on me so much so that we've began planning things outside of work together. I cannot say enough great things about them! And they deserve all the praise!
MCS - Having worked in IT across various areas for many years, I can honestly say that I have rarely come across such a unique and wonderful group of people. The team are focused and aligned around a common goal, work incredibly hard, and consistently demonstrate a collaborative and supportive mindset. It's refreshing to be part of an organization where teamwork isn't just talked about but genuinely lived every day and I think again that has a lot to do with the hard work I the Manager and I.T Director putting in.
Because of all these things I would say SWK isn't just an exceptional place to work, it's THE place to work!
Cons
If there are any I don't believe I've encountered them yet!
