      Cons

      management's hidden agenda and authoritarian style of complete obedience and submission irregardless of an individual's skill set or interest causes high stress; little respect between colleagues in different countries; no job security anymore

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
