      Lot's of perks and extra-legal benefis. Company with very limited exposure to short term geopolitical financial situations Internationally oriented company

      Cons

      Employees are resources to be discarted whenever a deviation (even if substantiated) vs.management is uttered (to the managers - not behind their backs which of course culd not be tolerated). Once over 50 and not in favour with some key-holders, SWIFT will make you life miserable and if you, as an employee, do not quit, you'll be fired.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
