Pros

- Dynamic environment: product portfolio is constantly evolving and this requires you to be up to date. There's also the possibility to deploy them in order to perform simulation, duplication, testing tasks - Flexibility in terms of holidays (26) and working extra hours - Balanced environment: lots of people from all around the World

Cons

- Lack of reconigtion from middle/higher management - Lack of proper training plan: the same consists of reviewing e-learning modules with minimum or none opportunity to apply it in practice - Extremely difficult to grow - specially if you are a contractor - Bad weekend planning - Not competitive salary - Awful communication method across the regions and teams - Outdated way of work

Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

Cons

Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
