      Pros

      Excellent benefits, great work life balance , good money and less work. You can retire at this place and enjoy travels and big vacations . International business travel at company cost a big incentive. Some are here just because of this .

      Cons

      If you aren’t close to CEO and CPO, you are wasting your time. Or be close to their 2-3 pets. You are covered if you can suck up and show a blind eye on all wrong things and lies then I will thrive . Banks are ripped off by a lot of fluff. Reviews are a joke . Again, you need to suck up to get good reviews. If u don’t have that skill leave.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
