Pros

Swerve Strategic offers a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where innovation is encouraged and great ideas are embraced, regardless of seniority. Leadership is transparent, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee growth. The agency works with exciting brands across multiple industries, offering dynamic opportunities to lead impactful campaigns. Work-life balance is respected, and the team culture is both smart and kind—a rare combination in fast-paced agency life.

Cons

As a growing agency, things move quickly and processes are continually evolving—which can be exciting but may require adaptability. Those who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy contributing to structure and innovation will feel right at home.

Pros

I had a great experience with the day-to-day team. They genuinely listened to my thoughts and strategy efforts. When I had an issue, I had no problems bringing it to the manager knowing that there would be a resolution. Work life balance is great and there is extended long weekends (not a huge selling feature but it's something). The team is young so if you are too, you'll fit right in.

Cons

- None of my issues were taken seriously by upper management (directors and above) - I was often dismissed when I brought up ideas or alternate strategies - Owner and his wife have tempers when things are done any alternate way or when ideas are presented - Owners are not versed in PR and it shows - The owner's LinkedIn profile is doing nothing to move the company forward from a thought leadership perspective, it's actually just embarrassing (just my opinion) - Turnover is extremely high (but pay is under average so could be a reason) - Promotions come often but as a way to retain staff (the raises are also limited so don't hold your breath) - There are also people there who are EXTREMELY UNDERQUALIFIED to be in the positions they are in (ADs with less than 5 years experience?!)
