      Fairly friendly working environment and reasonably flexible

      Drive to achieve unrealistic profits cuts into pay and investing in the company. Also pretty stingy on holiday.

      Great Benefits, vacation time is quickly earned, progressions every quarter, usually opportunities to change jobs within the company, supervisors are personal

      Cons

      Management can be a little too laid back when it comes to discipline and leadership Wrong people tend to get promoted and rewarded based on popularity
