Friendly, accepting working environment. Great for female engineers (good number of females in management and leadership roles). Flexible working the norm. Considers the environment. Accessible and relatable senior leadership team I love being in the office, it's a great environment, everyone is friendly, you feel part of the team or Sweco family. I've worked for lots of companies and Sweco just feels great!

No cons, I love it here! I've worked for Sweco for 5 years in total, first two as contractor and then as employee.
