Pros
The company offers excellent pay and the benefits are pretty standard, but low in comparison to other tech companies. The flexibility around work hours and location is a real plus. There are some incredibly talented and well-intentioned people who genuinely care about their work and the customers they serve.
Cons
Leadership is inconsistent and lacks clear direction. Communication is poor, and departments tend to work in silos rather than collaborating as a unified team. While flexibility is promoted, there’s little true autonomy—initiatives often need to align perfectly with the CEO’s "vision" to move forward. Leadership can be volatile—plans or projects can be abruptly changed or scrapped without explanation. This constant change in priorities can be demoralizing and leaves employees feeling undermined and unable to grow. Job titles also often don’t align with actual responsibilities, adding to the overall confusion. It’s widely recognized among staff that “blow-ups” can happen unexpectedly, and most employees have learned to stay quiet or disengage to avoid conflict.
