Pros
You get a week paid training, classroom style if your hired through swap and not through a staffing agency. So that is easy money
Cons
Disorganized and the outbound manager is very rude and aggressive. Favoritism as well. High turnover rate. My first day I got trained 20minutes and then my trainer went home sick and I was stuck doing it by myself for the rest of the shift which was 9+ hours. Do your self a favor and don’t waste your time.
