      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. You your spouse, children and parents can all fly to any SWA destination for free. The pay is excellent after you've been there for awhile. It's definitely a company that I wish I'd stayed with and retired from.

      Cons

      Other than having to work holidays there are not really any cons.

      The people at SWA are the absolute best people to work with. We really are family!

      Cons

      At this point I really can't think of any cons. So how about this: let us use buddy passes for international travel!
