Excellent products, strong company operations in Germany. Lots of opportunities for women and POC.

Within the USA operation, boomer and elder Gen-x mentality. Leadership was abominable, had to rely on the team in Germany to blow our noses and cut our meat for us. Slow to move on anything and everything. No work from home due to ego driven weaknesses within middle management. Poor communication with lots of hidden agendas. Marketing stuck in 1995. Business mentality limited to Rotary Club levels. The work life balance was"Office Space" bad. Held firm to PTO being separate for vacation and health. This made it as difficult as possible to manage PTO due to the stubborn nature of the management. No pets in the office. So close to being an excellent scenario due to the good products and the nature of the German parent company. After over a decade of working for bay area companies in the same industry that had to progress with work life balance o keep good people, this was like working in Kansas City 1985.
