      Pros

      Easy hire process. One interview, that took 15 minutes, maybe 10 total questions. No big surprises during the interview.

      Cons

      Union workforce and pay less than $9.00? Unbelievable in an area where Walmart pays at least $11.50 hourly. Additionally very few hours.

      Great people - feels like family. Most have been around for awhile. Very flexible with schedules, and offer great benefits

      More people / employees to help with work load.
