Company has good benefits and offers good pay. If you deserve the promotion and show that you want it and can handle it you will with a good chance get it. Of course if available. Compass rock is everywhere so if you don't have a family and you want to try something new let them give you a new experience. I think compass rock is a great company great benefits and good pay and offers wonderful growth. It's new and will grow and it has since I stayed with them.

No matter who you know or how you do your job or how your told to do your job it will change the next day. No one within the company has the same ideas or standards and the few that can make things rights is a coward or too busy to care about individuals.
