Nothing at all. the only thing is that they might market you if you are going to earn them money.
Cons
They are a parasite that sucks money out of employees, forget about paying them. I paid 4000$ for H1B processing to them, they charge you for any H1B application on your behalf which is illegal in US and tell you that they won't pay this back until next 3 years,
