      Pros

      Hard work is rewarded fairly. The team is funny, wonderful, professional, and very helpful. Variety of projects that elevate your skillset. Unlimited PTO. 401k matching is good for a small company.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO depends on the project load. 401 k matching is great for a small company, but it could be higher. To be fair, they are constantly working to make it better.

      Pros

      SVI is owned and run by three partners who know the training industry inside and out. Not only do they teach clients how to train their people, the partners make sure to do likewise with their own employees.

      Cons

      Communication between in-office staff and remote contractors could be better. The Asana project management software is a help but is often inaccurate.
