Our team is super approachable, including management and ownership. We have a monthly Work in Progress meeting where team members share their current projects and updates, which really keeps everyone in the loop. The company has a great vibe that encourages collaboration. HR always comes up with fun ways to promote team building, like our summer parties, Canstruction events, and Christmas parties. It’s a great place to work!

Managing time well is super important here, and balancing work and life can sometimes be a bit of a challenge. But with good communication and collaboration, it’s totally doable!

Unorganized, hierarchical, top down structure that strikes fear if you go against the board or hr, old fashioned, absolutely no standards for production, not as professional as expected from a firm this size. Disapproval is feared here. No mentorship is found during time here.
