- love SUSE / Open Source - amazing tech -great partners -fantastic customers -awesome collegues

Cons

- since US/UK management took over employees are unhappy in EU DACH/North - everyone dissapproves CEO/ ''leadership'' - unreasonable quotas and workload while US Sales system is forced on DACH, reducing reveue significantly solely due to management decisions

Thanks for your review. We are proud to be open - across our technology portfolio and our culture and how we collaborate across our global community. The recent right sizing of our Sales functions enables us to drive greater efficiencies in our GTM customer strategies, and resulted in a very small number of redundancies relative to the overall size of the organization. As a constantly evolving company, our Team does need to work at pace to meet deadlines, and we work hard to recognize and reward our employees for their agility and commitment to delivering our successes.
