      Pros

      There are no Pros because the company doesn't pay a good salary and doesn't use a interesting tech stack. A huge part of the job is creating packages.

      Cons

      Little software development, no structure on the team. The manager made comments about how brazilian employes are cheap workforce. I don't recommend.
