Pros

Small operation means broad exposure and the chance to develop a wide range of skills—if you’re prepared to wear all the hats.

Cons

This review took time to write because the experience was genuinely exhausting and professionally formative in ways I wouldn’t recommend. I joined amid staff shortages and inconsistent safety practices; while the circumstances were challenging, they do not fully explain what followed. - Management style is rigid, punitive, and heavily top-down, with a tone that often feels contemptuous. - Administrative staff, in particular, absorb the brunt of criticism, condescension, and blame when things go wrong. - Expect volatility: guidance and expectations shift with management’s mood, not with strategy or process. - Attempts at collaboration or alternative approaches are tolerated briefly, then overridden—management’s way is the only way. - Longevity here appears to require submission rather than growth; many long-tenured employees seem conditioned rather than empowered. - Take glowing reviews with caution—they do not reflect the experience I, or others I worked alongside, encountered.

Pros

Good location, close to public transportation

Cons

-Extremely high turnover, people always getting fired or quitting. I’ve never worked anywhere that fired so many people, especially after only a few days on the job. -Upper management is constantly micromanaging. Not sure why they hire anyone if they want to do everything themselves. -Employees never get paid for any over time worked -Employees are forced to keep phones in locker throughout the day. God forbid you sped a second of your time on something personal. -No work life balance at all! Hard to get time off and employees are asked for an explanation as to why they need to it. It’s nobody’s business, employees shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for taking time off. All requested time off around holidays will be declined. -CEO is verbally abusive at times
