Cons
almost 90% employee turnover annually at all levels including senior most positions. A China parent with no interest in developing the Americas organization. it is simply a channel stuffing operation with no senior level ownership. Evenings and weekends are expected due to time differences with China parent and no consideration due to perception of Americas employees being overpaid compared to China based employees.
