2. Being a medium-sized firm, I think Sunrise Futures gives researchers exposure to a wide variety of market data while not burdening them with day-to-day chores (system maintenance, data cleaning, etc.)
3. Lots of freedom in deciding your research direction, academia-like work environment

5. Constant and consistent growth in company size and revenue
6. Regular seminars and trainings. You get a lot of help from managers and peers (if you ask; people here assume you're smart enough to overcome small obstacles, so I feel they may not provide much help preemptively)
7. Management really listens to all kinds of feedbacks
8. Lots of after hour activities including soccer, basketball, game nights, happy hour, family gatherings etc.
Cons
1. No regular work-from-home policy
2. Lunch options are somewhat limited (though provided for free and getting better over the years)
3. Some technologies are outdated due to tight security concerns and high production stability requirements
4. Company has always kept a low tone, so it's not well-known to people outside the industry.
