Great atmosphere and they truly care about their employees

Room for growth can slow down and work can sometimes be difficult

Co-workers and management were always respectful personally

Lack of direction with tasks. Management didn't seem interested in helping with professional development. If assigned jobs weren't working one day, management would give vague directives to "sit tight" leading to long periods of unnecessary downtime and "twiddling your thumbs" despite asking to help with projects elsewhere in the company.
