Brutal, bullying, narcissistic company owner/president. Verbal abuse, vulgar language in meetings and no clear and consistent direction or expectations. Multiple examples of not paying commissions due to employees. Multiple examples of employees going on mental health LOA or limited on-site exposure. Any customer looking to use the technology or anyone planning to be employed here should first inquire as to ownership status. Would be customers should insist on current, relevant references. Once Subnet starts building a leadership team rather than an entourage to accompany, listen to rants and be subject to bullying by the president/owner things could get better. The long term managers there are have become so inured to the culture of abuse that they may believe it to be "normal" and have become complicit in the suffering visited on the staff there.
