Pros
Small sized company provides for great visibility of employee contribution. Great atmosphere and camaraderie among employees. Very friendly co-workers. Very human-focused management style. High desire to satisfy customers and to get the job right and done.
Cons
Once an employee, always employed here, seems to be the case - many, many longterm employees. As employee the company strategy was not always clear. At times company seems to be focused more on itself than on customer needs although the company goes out of the way and has a huge variety of products and variations.
