As a small company, many are expected to wear a few hats. This may be a con for some, though this can also present opportunities to learn new skills and better understand different areas of the business.

Great people, Flexible work environment. Free Lunch. Get exposed to a lot of work which is ok if you are early in your career, but not good for mid-level or senior level career workers.

Terrible office location. No investment or freedom in R&D to do interesting work. Most projects are "me too" or small changes. Sales drives product goals, so big changes to product are discouraged. No accountability on management for company failures, instead they layoff lower-level employees.
