Smart people and everyone is kind. Interesting space. Salaries are a little under mkt but in some spots good compensation opportunity. They have a few employment litigations going on at the moment so would suggest that anyone new reads the fine print

Borderline misrepresentation of company description- hardly could call them traders. It’s a bunch of Back to back / brokers being managed by consultants A few people made some serious $$$ on some Euro trades before regulations and mkt transparency existed Today they hire and fire through a revolving door. Will pull and recruit people out of good roles and when cost savings are inevitably needed they will quickly let those people go
