Pros
Good benefits, varaieties of projects, major design and construction company 100years old. Employe owned. Most of the prject managers and engineers are knowledgable, down to earth, normal people.
Cons
Layers and layers of senior management including some incompetent senior managers who do very little and can survive only by hiding between these layers.
