In my personal opinion -You will be in a very good team with supportive colleagues. Everyone is willing to share knowledge and help out when needed, which makes projects more enjoyable. -A lot advancement opportunities to work on diverse projects and gain hands-on experience. Each project is in a different phase so you get to be involved. -Owners are involved in every project but they are not trying to control it. They discuss decision with the team and strategize what is the better option for specific project -I really appreciate the general atmosphere and the effort they put in to try to improve the company all the time. -Depending on the project load, there’s a reasonable work-life balance. Management is generally understanding of personal commitments, and flexible work arrangements are sometimes available. -Flexible and caring.

In my personal opinion, there is no perfect work place but is about the people and your attitude -The salary is fair but not the most competitive. -There's a dynamic in the office and you might not work well with some designers. However, I think the best solution will be to share your feeling and speak up. The group will understand and will try help find solution. -It is a smaller office so your resources might be limited.

Great designers and office location

The management is very passive aggressive and self important. Also - they delete reviews and add fake positive ones, I heard them talking about it in a meeting once. The projects have been going downhill and one of the partner's has lost their design taste.
